Project Overview

Arabian Pearl Engineering was commissioned to provide the structural steel solution for a major manufacturing warehouse. The project required the design of clear-span trusses to optimize internal storage space, while ensuring high load-bearing capacity for overhead crane systems.

Our workshop team fabricated all structural components, including custom-built plate girders and tapered columns. The integration of high-strength bolts and precision-aligned joints ensured a rapid and safe erection process at the site.

Scope of Work

• Detailed structural design and TEKLA modeling.
• Workshop fabrication of columns, trusses, and purlins.
• Surface preparation and industrial-grade primer application.
• On-site erection with coordination of heavy lifting equipment.
• Installation of crane runway beams and rails.
