Project Overview

Arabian Pearl Engineering was awarded the contract for the structural steel erection of a major industrial logistics facility. The project involved the assembly and lifting of over 1,200 tons of structural steel components, including primary columns, roof trusses, and mezzanine floors.

Utilizing high-capacity cranes and a specialized rigging team, we ensured the safe and precise placement of every structural element. The project was executed with zero lost-time incidents, highlighting our commitment to safety in complex lifting operations.

Scope of Work

• Pre-erection site survey and foundation check.
• Development of detailed lift plans for heavy trusses.
• Assembly and bolting of structural frameworks according to AISC standards.
