Project Overview

Arabian Pearl Engineering was called for an emergency repair on a critical steam turbine following an unexpected vibration excursion. Our mobile engineering team arrived on-site within hours to conduct a preliminary vibration analysis and borescope inspection.

The repair involved the selective replacement of damaged turbine blades and the high-speed dynamic balancing of the rotor assembly. Our specialized technicians also refurbished the governor system and replaced the high-pressure steam seals, restoring the unit to peak operational capacity.
