Project Overview

Arabian Pearl Engineering executed a specialized stainless steel piping project for a leading textile mill. The project required the installation of high-purity piping for chemical dyeing and finishing processes, where contamination prevention and chemical resistance were paramount.

Using TIG (Argon) welding techniques and orbital welding where possible, our team achieved the highest cosmetic and structural weld quality. All stainless steel components followed ASTM A312 standards, ensuring long-term reliability in a corrosive industrial environment.

Scope of Work

• Supply and fabrication of SS 304/316L pipe spools.
• TIG welding with back-purging to ensure oxidation-free internal surfaces.
• Installation of specialized valve manifolds and instrumentation.
• Passivation and pickling of all stainless steel surfaces after welding.
• Borescope inspection of internal weld beads on critical lines.
• Clean-in-place (CIP) system integration.
