Industrial Piping Network

Project Overview

Arabian Pearl Engineering was commissioned to design, fabricate, and install an extensive industrial piping network for a new chemical processing plant. The project involved complex routing through existing infrastructure and required the highest standards of precision and safety.

The scope included the installation of over 5,000 linear meters of carbon steel and stainless steel piping, ranging from 2-inch to 24-inch diameters. Our team managed everything from initial 3D modeling and isometric drawings to site fabrication and final commissioning.

Scope of Work

• Fabrication of pipe spools according to ASME B31.3 standards.
• Installation of pipe racks and support structures.
• Precision welding with 100% NDT (Radiographic Testing) on critical joints.
• Hydrostatic testing and pneumatic testing for system integrity.
• Surface treatment and protective coating for corrosion resistance.
