Project Overview

Arabian Pearl Engineering provided comprehensive commissioning services for a new steam generation facility at a major industrial complex. The project involved the final integration of two 50-ton dual-fuel boilers, ensuring all safety systems, burner controls, and water treatment units were fully operational.

Our commissioning team performed rigorous testing of the DCS (Distributed Control System) logic, combustion efficiency tuning, and steam quality verification. The project culminated in a successful 72-hour reliability run and full hand-over to the client's operations team.

Scope of Work

• Pre-operational checks and chemical cleaning (boil-out).
• Instrument calibration and loop testing of all safety interlocks.
• Burner management system (BMS) logic validation.
• Combustion optimization for gas and liquid fuels.
• Steam blowing and safety valve floating/popping tests.
• Training of client's staff on boiler operation and basic maintenance.
